gas37 Terms & Conditions

The following capitalised terms have the meanings assigned to them below wherever they appear in these Terms and Conditions.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to gas37 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are 21 or older. The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player cannot demonstrate compliance with this requirement.

2.2 Residency. gas37 is operated for and marketed to players who are residents of Indonesia. By using the Platform, you represent that you are accessing it from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of gas37 is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no warranty that the Platform is legal in all locations.

2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on gas37. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, different identities, or different payment methods — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in the forfeiture of all Balances and permanent account closure.

2.4 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources in your name.

2.5 Exclusion List. Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of the Company and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any promotional offer.

3.1 Registration. To use the gas37 Platform, you must complete the registration process available at /gas37-login. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. gas37 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

3.3 KYC Documents. Prior to processing any withdrawal — and at any time the Company deems necessary — you will be required to submit the following identity verification documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months, confirming your residential address in Indonesia.
• Payment method verification: Confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits belongs to the registered Account holder.
• Source of funds: In cases where the Company has reasonable grounds to request it, documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of deposited funds.

3.4 Verification Timeframe. The Company will endeavour to complete KYC verification within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient.

3.5 Account Suspension. The Company may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on gas37 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency conversion is applied. Players deposit and withdraw in IDR using Indonesian payment methods.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. gas37 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following channels:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. The Company reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.

4.4 Deposit Processing. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes of confirmed payment receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally credited within 60 seconds. Processing times may vary during periods of high network demand or scheduled banking maintenance.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen method and the time of request relative to banking hours in WIB (UTC+7). The Company does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

4.6 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.7 Payment Method Consistency. For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit unless prior written approval has been obtained from the Company. The Company reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that do not satisfy this requirement.

4.8 Failed Transactions. The Company is not liable for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banking systems, e-wallet providers, internet outages, or scheduled maintenance windows. 5.1 Bonus Availability. gas37 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. The Company actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee arbitrage returns, or exploiting software errors or glitches. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided, and may be subject to permanent closure.

5.4 Game Contribution. Not all games on gas37 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and certain specialty titles may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution schedule for each active promotion will be published in the promotion's individual terms.

5.5 Withdrawal of Deposit Before Wagering Completion. If a Player withdraws their real-money deposit before completing the wagering requirement attached to a bonus, gas37 reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus-related wager requirement shortfall from the withdrawal amount, or to void the associated Bonus Funds.

5.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, provided the Player continues to meet all eligibility requirements.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on gas37 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition. These rules govern matters such as match abandonment, void bets, extra time, settlement of accumulator (mix parlay — a combination bet type popular in Indonesian football wagering) bets, and handicap (voor bola — the Asian handicap system widely used in Indonesian sportsbook wagering) calculations. 6.2 Casino and Slots. All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot titles, operate according to the rules programmed by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and others). gas37 does not modify the rules of any third-party game. In the event of a discrepancy between the in-game rules and any gas37 marketing material, the in-game rules prevail.

6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game or platform malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the relevant Players' Accounts. The Company is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a technical malfunction, interrupted connection, or software error.

6.4 Bet Acceptance. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed using incorrect odds due to a pricing error, or bets placed in circumstances that suggest knowledge of privileged information.

6.5 Esports. Esports betting markets covering Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, and Dota 2 are subject to the same general sportsbook rules, with additional provisions relating to round results, disconnections, and tournament forfeits as specified in the esports-specific rules section of the Platform.

7.1 Commitment. gas37 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We provide tools to help Players manage their gambling activity and encourage all Players to use these tools proactively.

7.2 Available Tools. Players may access the following responsible gaming tools from their Account settings at any time:

Players must not engage in any of the following activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and pursuit of legal remedies where applicable.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the gas37 Platform — including but not limited to the gas37 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Licence to Use. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 Third-Party Game Content. Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. gas37 is a licensed distributor of that content and does not claim ownership over it.

10.1 Platform Availability. gas37 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, network outages, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.

10.2 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.3 Third-Party Services. gas37 is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, banking institutions, e-wallet providers, or game studios. Any dispute relating to a third-party service should be directed to that service provider in the first instance.

10.4 Player Responsibility. You use the Platform at your own risk. The Company accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gambling. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that past outcomes are not indicative of future results.

10.5 Maximum Liability Cap. Where the Company is found liable to a Player for any reason, the Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the net deposit amount paid by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11.1 Data Collection. gas37 collects and processes personal data provided during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to your full name, date of birth, Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) number, email address, mobile number, physical address, and transactional data.

11.2 Data Use. Your personal data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect and prevent fraud, fulfil regulatory obligations, and communicate promotional offers (where you have provided consent). The Company does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

11.3 Full Privacy Policy. The full details of how gas37 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data — and your rights in relation to that data — are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

12.1 Right to Amend. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, the Company will notify registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the amendments take effect.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the gas37 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact [email protected] to close your Account.

12.3 Current Version. The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always accessible at gas37.net/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.

13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to any conflict-of-law principles that would require application of the laws of a different jurisdiction.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from or relating to your use of gas37, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. The Company will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint with full supporting details.

13.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved at the customer support level within 28 days, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution proceedings in accordance with the applicable governing law. Players in Indonesia are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding their rights and the appropriate forum for any escalated dispute.

13.4 Language. This Agreement is made in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
